24 Contestants for NMS 2011 Training & Grooming

Hundreds of aspiring actors from across Nigeria converged in Lagos last weekend for the final auditions of the 2011 Next Movie Star reality show. Among these lost were those that excelled in their different regions, after the rigorous screening, 24 contestants were later carefully selected by a tested and trusted panel of judges assembled together by Sola Fajobi-led Digital Interactive Media (DIM) start the one week training and grooming part of the show were 16 housemates would be finally selected to enter the NMS House and engage one another in a battle, lasting 30-days, for the most talented and deserving to be in the prestigious NMS Hall of Fame occupied by past winners like Kingsley Ogboso, Portia Yamahan, Enoch Hammond from Ghana, Avenette
Sirleaf, a Liberian, Oyindamola Odesola and Akio Ilami. Gist Plus gathered that apart from the attendance media blitz and patronage by Nollywood, the winning housemate would get a brand new SUV, cash prizes, movie contracts while the runners up also get varying prizes.
